Tryke Companies So NV LLC ("Tryke" or the "Company"), d.b.a. Reef Dispensaries, is set to open its flagship facility in Las Vegas. Reef will be located one block west of the famous Las Vegas Strip, at 3400 Western Avenue, in the shadow of Trump Tower just steps from the Wynn and Fashion Show Mall. The highly anticipated grand opening is scheduled for Saturday, April 16th.

LAS VEGAS, Feb 29, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- In 2014, Tryke was awarded all eight of the medical marijuana establishment licenses it applied for in Nevada – quite an accomplishment considering Nevada's highly competitive and rigorous selection process. The next step was to build out the facilities necessary to cultivate, produce, and sell medical cannabis. "After our successes in the Nevada application process, Tryke has been devoted to constructing state of the art cultivation, production, and retail facilities to deliver a consistent, high quality product to patients," said Matthew Morgan, CEO of Tryke. Tryke will now officially enter the Las Vegas market with the April opening of its Reef Dispensaries location. The dispensary itself is a 5,000 sq. ft. retail store within the Company's 165,000 sq. ft., fully integrated cannabis facility. Reef will provide both resident and non-resident patients with the highest quality locally produced, packaged, and tested medicine. Reef will carry premium product lines such as Tryke: Black, Tryke Exotics by Berner, #hashtag, Indigo, and Terps.
